不同基因型小麦磷素代谢差异研究 被引量:14

摘要 临汾 118单茎磷素含量在缺磷条件下极显著高于鲁麦 13,在施磷条件下显著低于鲁麦 13;有机磷 /无机磷值 ,临汾 118在生育前期高于鲁麦 13,而在灌浆期后低于鲁麦 13;临汾 118籽粒中磷素含量较鲁麦 13低 ,而保留在地上其他部分的磷素含量较鲁麦 13高 ;挑旗期后临汾 118单位磷素对应的群体净光合速率较高 ;临汾 118为磷素高效、不敏感品种 ,而鲁麦 13为磷素低效、敏感品种 ;较高的籽粒P2 O5的籽粒生产量或较低的籽粒磷素含量可以作为磷高效小麦品种的一个选择指标。 The P content per stem of Linfen 118 was higher than Lumai13 very significantly under P deficiency, but lower than Lumai13 significantly when using P;the ratio of organic P/ inorganic P of Linfen 118 was higher than Lumai13 before filling stage, but lower than it after this stage; Linfen 118 holding less Pin grains while saving much more in other parts above ground than Lumai13; the net photosynthesis of Linfen118 was also high after booting stage; Linfen118 was a blunt variety with high P efficency while Lumai13 was a sensitive one with lowe P efficency; a high grain produnction by per P 2O 5 unit in grains or a low P content in grains could be used as parameter of screening wheat genotypes for high-efficiency utilization of phosphorus.
