摘要
目的 :观察口服液对缺血心肌的保护作用。方法 :采用常压耐缺氧小鼠存活时间、夹闭小鼠气管心电消失时间、异丙肾上腺素和垂体后叶素引起大鼠心肌缺血等方法。结果 :不同剂量的口服液能延长缺氧小鼠存活时间 ,并能改变缺血心肌的心电图。结论
Objective:To observe Projective effet of ZandansongtangOral Liquor(ZOL) on experimental myocardial ischemia. Methods:The mean survival time of hypoxia under ordinary pressure,the disappearance time of electrocardiographic (ECG) sign after clamping the trachea in mice,and the experimental myocardial ischemia were used in rats induced by injecting isoprenaline or pituitrin. Results:In our research,we found that ZOL in three dosage groups can obviously prolong the survial time in hypoxia and vary electrocardiographic pattern caused by myocardial ischemia. Conclusion: ZOL has protective action on myocardial ischemia of animals.
