摘要
目的研究黄芪注射液与牛磺酸二者合用对小鼠急性心肌缺血的保护作用。方法采用腹腔注射异丙肾上腺素(ISO)建立小鼠急性心肌缺血模型;观察黄芪、牛磺酸单用以及二者合用对小鼠ECGⅡ导联异常ST段、心律失常发生率以及心肌含水量(MWC)、心肌指数(M I)的影响;采用比色法测定血清丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。结果联合用药组与黄芪组、牛黄酸组比较,可显著改善ISO诱发小鼠ECGⅡ导联异常的ST段,降低心律失常发生率,抑制MWC及M I的升高,降低血清中MDA含量,升高血清中SOD活性。结论黄芪和牛黄酸对小鼠急性心肌缺血具有保护作用;两药联合应用作用增强,对心肌缺血的保护具有协同作用。
Objective To study the effect of Huangqi injection combined with taurine on acute myocardial ischemia in mice. Methods Acute myocardial ischemic model induced by intraperitoneal administration of isoprenaline (ISO) in mice was adopted to observe the effect of Huangqi injection combined with taurine on the abnormal ST segment in lead II on ECG, the incidence of arrhythmia, myocardial water content (MWC) and myocardial index (MI). The activity of SOD and content of MDA in serum were examined by colorimetry. Re- suits Compared with Huangqi injection group and taurine group alone, combined therapy group could significantly improve the abnormal ECG Ⅱ ST-segment induced by ISO in mice, reduce the incidence of arrhythmia, inhibit the increase of MWC and MI, decrease the content of serum MDA, and increase serum SOD activity. Conclusion Huangqi and taurine plays a protective role in myocardial ischemia in mice. There is synergy to combine Huangqi with taurine for the treatment of myocardial ischemia, combined therapy is more effective than those of the two drugs used alone.
