摘要
该文将三相三开关Boost型开关整流器分解成几个子电路,然后对各子电路进行DQ变换,得到相应的DQ模型,最后把各子电路的DQ模型连接起来,得到三相三开关Boost型开关整流器的DQ模型及其简化DQ模型。在此基础上,进行DC和AC分析,得到三相三开关Boost型开关整流器直流工作点和交流传递函数。经过分析,三相三开关Boost型整流器具有如下特征:① 输出电压可以从零变化到一个最大值;② 在稳态时,系统可等效为一个理想电流源;③ 输入侧的功率因数在一定的范围内可以控制。仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
In this paper, the three-phase three-switch Boost type switch-mode-rectifier is broken up into several sub circuits. After each sub circuits DQ model is derived, the switch-mode-rectifiers DQ model and simplified DQ model are obtained eventually. By using these models, the DC and AC analysis are implemented, the DC operating point and AC transfer functions are determined too. The three-phase three-switch Boost type switch-mode-rectifier has these features as follows: ① The output voltage can be controlled from zero to maximum; ② The system is equivalently an ideal current source in the steady state; ③ The input power factor can be arbitrarily controlled within a certain control range. The theory analysis is verified through simulation.
