摘要
采用交/直/交(AC/DC/AC),变换器对绕线型感应电机电动状态下的双馈控制进行研究。直流储能环节使AC/DC 和DC/AC模块可分别独立控制。AC/DC采用三相PWM高频整流矢量控制,实现高功率因数下转差能量双向流动,效率高、减少对电网污染。DC/AC采用定了磁链定向矢量控制, 定了有功和无功分量实现解耦;双闭环控制以转速和定了无功控制为外环,以转了电流滞环跟踪控制为内环。实验证明: 电机在次同步至超同步速的较大范围内平滑调速,定子侧功率因数可调,可为1甚至向电网发出无功。整体结构简单, 硬件结构不变而只改变软件即可改变控制策略。
The AC/DC/AC converter is used to control wound-rotor induction machine under motor state with double-fed control strategy (DFM). The AC/DC module and the DC/AC module can be controlled respectively with DC bus linked electrolytic capacitor. The AC/DC block is controlled as a high power factor three-phase PWM rectifier thus reduced harmonic distorts to the net and the slip energy can flow bidirectional freely. The DC/AC converter controls the DFM by stator-flux oriented vector control strategy. The active and reactive power is decoupled. According to these, dual close loop control structure is adopted. The rotor speed and reactive power of stator are defined as object function thus make-up the outer loop. The hysteresis comparator is used to control the rotor current thus make-up the inner loop. Experimental results show that the DFM can work from subsynchronous speed to supersynchronous speed. The reactive power seen from the stator side is also adjustable. The machine can be controlled to work at high power factor state even export reactive power to net. The whole hardware structure is simple and the control strategy can be changed as needed by rewrite software while the hardware structure need not make any changes.
