摘要
本文介绍了XF型铸钢覆盖剂在我厂生产中的应用情况。通过在普通砂型冒口、微珠保温冒口和纤维冒口上以同样规格,同样浇高分别加入该覆盖剂与草木灰进行了比较。证实了该覆盖剂在各类冒口中应用皆可使冒口缩孔形状得到改善,补缩效率提高,其中尤以在保温冒口中加入覆盖剂效果最佳。
砊his text introduces the application of XF cover flux,respectively to common sand mould riser,micro-bead insulating and fiber riser with the same pouring height and same diameter and makes comparison between their effect by adding plants ash to them.It has been proved that a great improvement has been found both in the shape of comtraction cavities and the efficiency of feeding head,in particular,the best result has been achieved by adding covering flux in the insulating riser. 〔
