摘要
在分析国内外铸钢件冒口覆盖剂的组成、原理、性能等因素的基础上,结合渣系、覆盖剂的组成成分及其他各种因素的影响,并通过模拟实验探讨铸钢冒口覆盖剂发热和保温效果,从而为其成分优化提供理论依据。
On the base of analysis on components, principle and capability of cover-powder for steel castings riser, combined with some factors such as components of slag and cover-powder, a simulation experiment was made to explore the effectiveness of heating and heat preservation, which provided theory basis for optimizing components of cover-powder for steel castings riser.
