摘要
在分析了各种化学元素对铸态球墨铸铁影响的基础上,选用低稀土球化剂FeSiMg8RE3、使用盖包法和复合孕育工艺等炉前处理的一系列措施,生产出了高韧性球铁转向节。该工艺降低了生产成本,改善了劳动环境。
On the basis of analyzing influence of all kinds of chemical elements on as-cast ductile iron, selecting low-RE- nodulizer FeSiMg8RE3, using a series of measures before fitmace processing such as tundish-cover and compound inoculation process, high toughness nodular iron steering knuckles were produced. The process reduce production cost, improves the working environment.
