摘要
泛珠三角区域经济合作中一个亟待解决的问题是如何处理好经济一体化过程中的公平与效率问题。本文通过回顾欧洲一体化进程中的公平与效率实践,即欧盟的共同农业政策、地区政策和社会政策,以期对泛珠三角区域经济合作中的公平与效率问题展开思考。
The urgent problem that needs to be settled in the economic cooperation of Pan-Pearl-River Region is how to deal with the problem of equality and efficiency in the process of economic integration. Through reviewing the practice of equality and efficiency during the course of European integration, namely, the common agricultural policy, regional policy and social policy, this paper discusses the problem of equality and efficiency in the economic cooperation of Pan-Pearl-River Region.
