摘要
为探讨脑血管疾病病人的性格特征 ,选择缺血性脑卒中首次发病病人 15 0例 ,另选择与病例组病人可配对的健康者 15 0名作为对照 ,采用A型性格问卷进行调查 ,对结果进行Logistic回归分析。结果 :缺血性脑卒中病人TH、CH及其总分均明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,且从B型到A型 ,患缺血性脑卒中的比值 (OR )是增加的 ,但按高血压病史调整后 ,OR失去统计学意义。提示 :缺血性脑卒中病人中 ,A型性格者较多 。
To Explore the personality feature of patients with cerebrovascular diseases, 150 cases with initial attack of ischemic cerebral apoplexy were selected as test group. Another 150 cases of healthy were selected as control group. Type A personality questionnaire was adopted in the survey and the results were analyzed via Logistic Regression. Results showed that in terms of TH (time hurry), CH(contend hegemony) and TH plus CH scoring, patients with ischemic cerebral apoplexy were significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01). From type B personality to type A, the ratio of patients suffering from ischemic cerebral apoplexy observed ratio(OR) was increased. After readjusted by case history of hypertension, there was no significance between the two groups in terms of OR. Suggested that among ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients a large number had type A personality,but it was not just an independent factor.
