摘要
目的 探讨精神分裂症患者及其亲代在个性上有无关系。方法 采用明尼苏达多相人格调查表 (MMPI)对每位受试者进行测查 ,所测结果采用计算机处理 ,得出各量表T分值 ,结果用t检验。结果 精神分裂症患者及其亲代在所有量表上经统计处理两组无显著性差异 (P >0 .5 ) ,但两组与正常对照组在抑郁症、癌症、男子气与女子气、妄想狂、精神衰弱、精神分裂症量表上有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 精神分裂症患者及其亲代均具有分裂样人格 ,提示两者在个性方面有一定的遗传联系 ,这种分裂样人格可能是导致精神分裂症发病的素质因素。
Objective To explore the relations between schizophrenia patients and their parental generations in terms of personality.Methods By the use of MMPI measurement and survey table directed to make revision by Song Weizhen in 1989,a measurement and inquiry of each tester with the test result to be processed by the use of a template and computer to count up the T component and tested again by t .Results The schizophrenia patients and their parental generations all were scored high in terms of D,Hy(hysteria),Mf,Pa(paranoia),Pt(psychasthenia),Sc(schizophrenia) measurements,between the patient group and the parental generation group there were no significant differences (P>0.5) in terms of D,Hy,Mf,Pa,Pt and Sc measurements,but when the said two groups compared with the normal comparison group,there were obvious differences(P<0.001).Conclusion The schizophrenia patients have certain genetic relations with their parental generations in terms of personality and it is likely that such a schizophrenia type personality is the main factor for themselves and their filial generation leading to an occurrence of schizophrenia.
