摘要
目的 探讨癫痫患者的智能障碍及个性异常的特征。方法 采用韦氏智力量表和艾森克个性问卷对 114例癫痫患者进行了智力及个性测查。结果 癫痫患者智能障碍为 2 4.5 6 % ,且以 7～ 12岁降低最明显 ,尤共是抽象思维能力、注意力、空间知觉能力、观察力、理解力等影响较明显 ,且发病年龄愈小 ,智能损害愈严重。小发作较大发作损伤严重。EPQ显示癫痫患者有明显的性格异常 ,较孤僻 ,易攻击 ,报复心强 ,情绪自控能力差 ,残忍 ,社会化概念差等。结论 癫痫患者不但存在智能障碍 ,而且也存在个性异常。
ObjectiveTo research the character of int elligence disorder and personality in epilepsypatients.Methods The intelligenc e and personality of 114 epilepsy patients wereevaluated by Wechsler intelligen ce scale and Eysonck personality questionnaire.Results therate of intelligence disorder in the epilepsy patients was 24.56% and the inte lligence of patients betwen 7～12 years waslowest, especially in abstract think ing ability, attention, space perception ability, abservational ability, compreh ensen and soon. The younger the pathogenic age is, the more serious the intelli gence disorder. The intelligence disorde of petit mal wasmore serious than that of grand mal. EPQ showed that the personality of epilepsy patients was obvious abnormal, includingunsocibility, easy attack and retaliate, emotional hypotax ia, social concept no good and so on. ConclusionsThe resu lt suggests there is not only intelligence disorder, but also abnormal personali ty in epilepsy patients.
