摘要
阐述了现代制造业的发展历程、制造技术、制造系统和生产模式 在当今世界已经出现了 33种先进的制造系统和先进的制造模式 制造科学产生于人类的制造活动 ,随着以信息技术为代表的高技术逐步渗透、融合到制造中才形成了现代的制造科学 这是信息科学、管理科学、生命科学、材料科学与机械工程和制造实践的交叉、融汇、相互渗透、发展的结果 同时 ,还阐述了影响现代制造科学的 4个领域 ,还概述了我国制造业的现状以及与国外先进制造业的差距 ,最后展望了 2 1世纪的制造科学 。
The development process of manufacturing industry, manufacturing technique, manufacturing system and manufacturing pattern are expounded in this thesis, and 33 categories of manufacturing system and manufacturing pattern have emerged in the world presently. The manufacturing science develops from the manufauturing activities and manufacturing techniques, whereas the modern manufacturing science forms the scientific system only after the gradual infiltration and mergence of high technique taking information technique as its token into the manufacturing industry in the latter half of the 20th century. It is the outcome of intersection, mergence, interinfiltration, development and evolvement of information science, management science, life science, material science, mechanical engineering and manufacturing practice into embodiment. At the same time, the author expounds the four domains of influence upon the development of the modern manufacturing science in this article and also gives a brief account of the present status of our national manufacturing industry as well as its gap compared with foreign advanced manufacturing industry . Finally, the author looks forward to the manufacturing science of the 21th century and puts forward the development train of thought for our national manufacturing industry with his own ideas.
