摘要
文章通过分析法国、德国、英国、美国、日本及我国台湾地区公立高等学校法律地位的文献与判例 ,对这些国家和地区公立高等学校的公法人地位进行了研究 ,认为公立高等学校公法人化是一种值得关注的趋势 。
By analyzing related documents and cases, this article studied the legal status of the public higher educational institutions in France、Germany、United Kingdom、America、Japan and Taiwan province. This article holds that it is a trend to make the public higher educational institutions public legal person, which deserves more research and study.
