摘要
运用相关的法律原理和规定对大学的体育行政管理现状进行比照分析,认为1)现今的大学体育行政在很大程度上是依附于国家行政体系之内的一种公共行政,其权力行使特征与行政机关大致相同;2)时下在大学体育行政权力的运用中出现了较多的违背专门性法律规定的情况;3)在对体育行政的工作误区进行分析的基础上建立体育行政的问责制度以此来抑制违法事件的发生显得十分重要。
Through using relevant law principle and regulation ,this paper made comparison and analysis on condition of college sports administration. The result showed that college sports administration nowadays was a kind of public administration adhering to state administration system. The character of it＇s power exertion was the same as administrative department. The exertion of college sports administrative power showed something offending specific law regulation in many circumstances. Based on analysis on misunderstanding of sports administration, the author established the system of responsibility in order to restrict the incident of law offence.
