摘要
我们曾报道了关于 O,O-二烷基-N-烷基-N-[(二烷氨基羰基)甲基]硫代磷酰胺酯类化合物的合成及其生物活性。通过生物活性测试发现两个新化合物比 Tarpai 等发现的RA-17[(C_2H_5O)_2-P(S)N(Et)CH_2CONPr_2~n]具有更高的杀螨活性。
25 New O-alkyl-O-aryl-N-alkyl-N-[(dialkylaminocarbonyl)-methyl]-thiophosphoramidates,with the general formula[R-C_6H_4O(R'O)P(S)N(R^2)CH_2CONR_2~3].were synthesized by phosphorylation of R_2NHCH_2CONR_2~3 with R-C_6H_4O(R'O)P(S)Cl.The titlecompounds have been characterized by IR and NMR 31(R=4-Cl,R'=Me,R^2=Et,R^3=Pr)and 3y(R=4-Cl,R^1=R^2=Pr,R^3=Et)in 0.05% solution gave 85.1% and 97.3%kill of two-spotted spider mite in 24h at 25℃,respectively 3(?) and 3y showed higheracaricdal activity than RA-17.
