摘要
锌铬膜涂层的优良耐蚀性能、环境友好、无氢脆性、涂层均匀等特点得到了广泛的应用 .介绍了锌铬膜的研究现状、涂液组成、工艺特点及与传统电镀、热镀工艺相比的先进性等 .
Zinc chrome coat with a series of charateristics, such as excellent resistant corrode function, environment amity, hydrogen brittleness and coat uniformity, was widely applied to many fields. This paper mainly introduced present situation of study zinc chrome coat, the composition of coat liquid, technological characterstics and advntages to be compared with conventional plating and hot plating technics. This paper pointed the study direction and requisite works.
