Process technology and advancement of mechanical plating

摘要 概述了国内外机械镀的工艺、流程及发展现状,介绍了机械镀产品的镀层及产品性能;分别用325目电炉球状锌粉和经球磨处理为片状锌粉制备了镀层Ⅰ和镀层Ⅱ,发现片状锌粉活性明显增强,从SEM图片明显看出镀层Ⅱ表面平整度明显改善,片状锌粉层层叠加,镀层致密性、光亮度提高,具有较好工业应用价值. Mechanical plating process and property of coatings have been introduced. Plale layers of Ⅰ and plate layers of Ⅱ have been produced with 325 mesh electric stove spherical zinc powder and flaky zinc powder separately. The SEM picture analysis, neutral salt fog test and adhesive force rest indicate that after the spherical zinc powder was transformed into the flaky zinc powder, when used for mechanical plating and galvanizing , the zinc powder activation was obviously strengthened , the efficiency of covering was improved, the flaky zinc powder was superposed ring upon ring, the ones that plated layer were able to bear the corrosivity , and surface sealing and luminance wereobviously improved. As is shown, the flake zinc powder is of better industrial use value.
