摘要
研究了十三种稀释剂对聚合物泥浆的稀释特性。发现稀释曲线形状分三类,改性的天然化合物类主要作用于粘土颗粒,故不能消除高聚物的提粘效应;磷酸盐类同时作用于粘土颗粒和高聚物,故能大部消除高聚物的提粘效应;合成高聚物稀释剂能同桥联大分子形成络合物,故可使聚合物泥浆粘度降至(土殷)土泥浆粘度之下。文章对它们的稀释机理进行了讨论。
The thinning effect of thirteen kinds of chemical thinners in polymer-bentonite drilling fluids has been studied. According to the curve features in apparent viscosity vs.concentration plots, all thinners studied can be divided into three basis classes.(1)Class Ⅰ—modified natural substances. These additives are only adsorbed on the edges of bentonite particles, thus hardly can eliminate the viscosifying effect caused by the polymer molecules bridging between bentonite particles.(2)Class I—polyphosphates. These additives are adsorbed on bentonite particles and also involved in interaction with the bridging polymer molecules, so they can reduce the viscosity of the drilling fluids drastically.(3)Class Ⅲ—synthetic copolymers. These additives can decrease the viscosity of polymer-bentonite drilling fluids below that of bentonite drilling fluids owing to interpolymer complexation of copolymer and bridging polymer molecules. These mechanizms of thinning have been discussed in this article.
