摘要
随着生物医学模式和医学教育模式的转变以及科学技术的快速发展,医生职责的不断拓展,突出以素质教育为重点的传授知识、培养能力和提高素质为一体的综合教育,成为新世纪教育的根本要求。高等医学教育作为高等教育一个重要的分支,对其教育教学改革的探讨在各医学院校方兴未艾。其中尤为突出的就是七年制医学教育。该模式既不同于国外已有的研究型教育,也不能照搬我国现有的本科教育模式。作者旨在通过对中外医学课程结构的一些粗浅的对比研究,简要介绍南京医科大学的七年制教学改革实践,与读者共同探讨如何办好七年制医学教育。
With the change of the biomedicine model and the medical education model,the development of science and tech nology,and the expansion of doctor' s duty,imparting knowledge,cultiv ating ability and enhancing quality have now become the ultimate demand of the new century.The reform of high er medical education -an important p art of higher education -is well under way in all medical colleges and universities in China.This paper is intended to discuss how to handle the seven -year Master degree education based on a comparative study of some medical cu rriculum structures,and gives a brief report of the reform of the seven -y ear Master degree edu-cation in Nanjing Medical Universit y.
