摘要
入世所带来的经济、政治、教育方面的改革从大政策、大环境上间接地影响着高校招生与毕业生就业工作。入世使招生生源全球化、招生手段进一步现代化、办学主体多元化 ,也使招生工作面临生源争夺更加激烈、人才标准国际化等挑战 ;入世使毕业生就业需求和择业机会增加 ,同时使毕业生就业面临国际竞争、毕业生就业工作须进一步转变职能等挑战。我们必须应对挑战 ,用好机遇 ,加快招生与毕业生就业制度改革 ,面向国内国际市场需求 ,调整招生计划和毕业生就业工作机制 ,加强毕业生就业指导服务 ,注重招生与毕业生就业制度的比较研究 。
The econmic,political and educational reform brought up by entery into WTO influences the work of enrollment and employment of colleges and universities from the sources of students globalized,the means of enrollment modernized,the main bodies of school-runing diversified.It also makes enrollment facing challenges,such as a more intensified battle for the source of students,the standard of talents internationalized.It increases the graduates' chance for posts.At the same time,it also makes the graduates facing international competition.And the work of employment must transform its function better. We must face the challenges, make full use of the chances, and speed up the reform of enrollment and employment system. We should adjust enrollment plan and employment mechanism, strengthen employment guidance, pay attention to the comparative research of enrollment and employment systems, and make the work beet, stronger and finer.
