摘要
简要介绍了浙江、江苏等省公有民办二级学院办学情况的基本概况、背景及其主要办学模式 ,着重对人们所关注的公有民办二级学院存在的几个共性问题 ,包括办学体制、招生生源和生源质量、学科专业设置、教育质量和教学管理保证体系、办学规模、效益和结构等问题 ,进行分析与思考 。
This article briefly introduces the basic situations,background and main style of private-operated, state-owned sub-colleges in Zhejiang and Jiangsu province. Focus the analysises and thoughts on the common questions which are mostly cared in private-operated, state-owned sub-colleges, include: the colleges structure, students resources, students quality, professional subjects setting, education quality, teaching supporting system, college size, and the efficiency, ect, and gives opinions about the vision of private-operated, state-owned sub-colleges in china.
