摘要
设计出了以氯化钾和硫酸为原料在水相中分两步反应制备氮钾硫复肥的生产工艺 ,给出了制备中间产品硫酸氢钾和硫酸氢钾与氨中和的适宜条件 。
The production technology of preparation of fertilizer containing nitrogen,sulphur and potassium is designed through two step reaction of potassium chloride and sulfuric acid in aqueous solution.Suitable factors of preparation of intermediate product potassium hydrogen sulfate and neutralizing reaction of potassium hydrogen sulfate with ammonia is given.The product of fertilizer containing nitrogen,sulphur and potassium obtained in this paper can meet requirements of agriculture well.
