摘要
介绍了不溶性硫磺的形成机理、产品性能、生产方法及工业化应用情况 ,详细比较了气化法、熔融法、接触法的特点。气化法生产工艺技术成熟 ,不溶性硫磺的转化率可达 5 0 %以上 ,是目前主要的生产方法。建议加快开发高温稳定剂和分散性好、无静电。
Formation mechanism, properties, production technologies and industrial application of insoluble sulphur are discussed. Evaporation, melting and contact technologies are compared in detail. Evaporation technology has been proved out with an insoluble sulphur conversion of over 50% and is a main production technology now. It is suggested to accelerate development of high-temperature stabilizer and oil-filled insoluble sulphur product of high dispersion,no static electricity and no dust.
