摘要
为了提高充油型不溶性硫磺的高温稳定性,对环烷基油直接抽提法进行了改进,并探讨了影响高温稳定性的因素。改进方法是:先将不溶性硫磺粗品用CS_2萃取,然后与环烷基油按质量比1:(10~12)混合,加热到60~70℃,恒温搅拌30 min后抽滤。结果表明,与环烷基油直接抽提的工艺相比,产物高温稳定性(105℃经受15,30 min后不溶硫磺分数)提高10%以上;在充油不溶性硫磺产物中,油含量越低,不溶硫含量越高,产物的高温稳定性越好。
A manufacturing method for oil-treated insoluble sulfur was modified by enhancing its hightemperature stability (HS). The measures include extracting the crude insoluble sulfur with CS2, mixing with paraffin oil in the proportion of 1 : (10 - 12), heating to 60 - 70℃ and agitating for 30 min at this temperature, and then extruding. Compared with the traditional method, i. e. , mixing IS with oil directly, the HS from the modified method was improved up to 10%. In the oil-treated insoluble sulfur, the lower the proportion of the oil and the higher the proportion of the insoluble sulfur, the better the HS of the products.
