摘要
通过对从硫化锑矿渣中回收硫的实验研究,找出了正交试验的最佳条件:浸取剂I^*与矿渣的液固比为10:1(mL/g);加热时间15min,浸取加热温度150℃;分离时加热温度130-140℃;急冷温度0℃此时精细硫磺的回收率为96.60%,浸取剂的回收率为92.36%,硫磺的粒度为5.01 μm.硫磺的纯度为98.00%。据此提出了生产精细硫的工艺过程。并为工业化提供了思路。
Based on experiment on fine sulphur recovery from the sulfureted antimony slag, the best conditions for orthogonal experiment was found as follows: liquid-solid rate 10 : 1 mL/g (leaching solvent to slag), heating time 15 minutes, leaching heating temperature 150 ℃ ;separation heating temperature 130-140 ℃ and cooling temperature 0 ℃. Under the above conditions, more satisfactory results, such as fine sulphur recovery yield 96.60%, leaching solvent recovery yield 92.36%, the sulphur granularity 5.01 microns and the fine sulphur purity 98.00% were achieved. Meanwhile, the production process flow of fine sulphur was presented; furthermore, it points out a bright way for the industrialized prospect.
