摘要
目的:探讨植入羟基磷灰石(Ｈｙｄｒｏｘｙａｐｔｉｔｅ ＨＡ)义眼座的各种眼眶骨折的手术处理时机,以及ＨＡ骨板和Ｍｅｄｐｏｒ材料在手术中的应用价值．方法:主要选用ＨＡ骨板及Ｍｅｄｐｏｒ为修补材料,观察４６例眼眶骨折手术处理时机对手术疗效的影响．结果:一期处理２９例,２８例疗效满意,满意率９６．５%;二期处理１７例,１４例疗效满意,满意率８２．３%．二者相比有显著性差异．结论:植入或拟植入羟基磷灰石义眼座的眼眶骨折,早期手术处理疗效较好．ＨＡ及Ｍｅｄｐｏｒ材料是目前较理想的眼眶骨折填充修补材料．
ve: To study the juncture for repair orbital floor fractures after secondary intraorbitial implantation of hydroxyapatite (HA) spheres, and evaluate efficacy of using a scaffold of hydroxyapatite block and Medpor to repair orbital floor fractures. Method: Review the effect of 46 patients who had been repaired with HA block or Medpor at different period. Result: 28 of 29 cases of primary treatment and 14 or 17 cases of second treatment showed very good results. Conclusion: The effect of repair orbital floor fractures after HA implant in early period is more good results. HA and Medpor are useful scaffold for treatment patient with orbital floor fractures.
