摘要
目的 评价羟基磷灰石作为充填物在爆裂性眶壁骨折整复及眼球内陷矫治术中的应用。方法 对 1996年 1月至1999年 1月所行的 15 6例手术进行分析研究 ,术中均使用羟基磷灰石充填。结果 术后观察平均 6 5月 ,无 1例排异。复视消除总有效率 10 0 % ,眼球内陷治愈率 92 6%。结论 羟基磷灰石作为充填物 ,组织相容性好 ,支撑性能好。
Objective To evaluate the application of hydroxyapatite as obturation in the orbital blowout fracture and enophthalmos plastic surgery. Methods We analyzed 156 surgical cases from January, 1996 to January, 1999. Hydroxyapatite were used as obturation in all surgery. Results The average follow up time is 6.5 months, no rejection, the total efficiency rate of diplopia was 100 percent, and the cure rate of enophthalmos was 92.6 percent. Conclusion Hydroxyapatite used as obituration has good histocompativility and sustentation.
