摘要
【目的】探讨手术整复眼眶爆裂性骨折的方法及疗效。【方法】采用Medpor材料充填、修复眶壁骨折区,比较手术前后视力、复视程度、眼球运动和眼球突出度。【结果】术后患眼复视消失,眼球运动良好,眼球突出度改善,视力恢复至受伤前水平,术后无不良反应。【结论】Medpor植入术在眼眶爆裂性骨折修复手术中,手术安全,方法简单,疗效可靠。
To investigate the method and effect of reconstructive surgery for the blowout fracture of the orbit.To reconstruct the orbit with Medpor implantation and to check the visual acurity, diplopia and visual activity of the postoperation against the preoperation. The diplopia, visual activity and enophthalmos were corrected and visual acurity was improved. No complication occurred.[Conclusion]It was considered safe, simple and reliable that the reconstructive surgery with Medpor implantation for the blowout fracture of the orbit.
