摘要
目的:通过对血清药理学、血清化学和中药药代动力学的讨论,探讨三者之间的关系,为现代中药研究提供思路。方法:综述分析相关文献,并结合我们的研究心得,对上述三者的关系进行理论研究。结果与结论:血清药理学与血清药物化学的紧密结合,将有助于中药药代动力学的研究和中药药效物质基础的阐明。
Objective: by the way of analyzing plasma pharmacology and plasma chemistry and pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medicines, the relationship among them is studied so as to provide the study of modern traditional Chinese medicine with ideas. METHOD: By reviewing published references concerned and the experience achieved in the authors lab, the relations among the aboved -mentioned three are explored theoretically. CONCLUSION: The close combination of plasma pharmacology and plasma pharmaceutical chemistry is helpful to the study of pharmacokinetics and the expounding of the effective substances of traditional Chinese medicines.
