摘要
以水为溶剂,采用过氧化物-次磷酸盐为引发体系,用马来酸酐(MA),2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS),丙烯酸(AA)为单体在水相中合成了MA-AMPS-AA-POCA共聚物。试验表明该共聚物适于pH小于9的水质。在文中所述试验条件下,当共聚物的用量分别达到35mg/L和50mg/L,缓蚀率和阻垢率均达到95%。
A copolymer called MA AMPS AA POCA was prepared from MA(maleic anhydride),APMS(2 acrylamido 2 methylpropane sulfonic acid),and AA(Acrylic acid)in Water phase by using peroxide hypophos phite as initiator.The tests with the copolymer as inhibitor show that the average corrosion and scale inhibition efficiency achieves 95%when copolymer dose in 30 mg/L and 50 mg/L respectively at pH< 9 and other conditions mentioned in this paper.
