摘要
以水为溶剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,丙烯磺酸钠、异丙烯膦酸和丙烯酸为单体,合成了三元共聚物丙烯磺酸钠/异丙烯膦酸/丙烯酸(SAS/IPPA/AA),研究了共聚物在不同水质条件下对CaCO3的阻垢性能,探讨了共聚物浓度、pH值、钙离子浓度、碳酸根离子浓度和温度等条件对CaCO3的阻垢性能的影响,结果显示,在共聚物用量为18mg·l-1时,可使阻垢率达到100%.
Acrylsulfonate/isopropenyl phosphonic acid/acrylic acid (SAS/IPPA/AA) ammonium persulfate as initiator and water as solvent. The scale inhibiting copolymer was prepared with properties of SAS/IPPA/AA copolymer under different experiment water condition were studied. Effects of pH, temperature and concentration of copolymer, calcium ion, carbonate ion on scale inhibiting properties of SAS/IPPA/AA copolymer to calcium carbonate were investigated. Results show that the scale inhibiting rate come to 100% at 18 mg·l^-1 of the copolymer content which means the copolymer is a excellent scale inhibitor for calcium carbonate.
