摘要
将亚硝酸钠与碳酸钠、磷酸三钠和多聚磷酸钠分别进行二元复配,采用旋转挂片法,评价亚硝酸钠及其复合预膜剂的缓蚀性能。实验结果表明:以30mg/L NaNO2+50mg/L Na5P3O10复配,具有良好的协同效应;常温下预膜24h后,其对A3碳钢和铜的缓蚀率分别为96.62%和82.96%。所以通过复配,可以减少预膜剂用量,降低应用成本,扩展使用范围。
This study was sodium nitrite and sodium carbonate, trisodium phosphate and sodium polyphosphate binary mixture respectively, by rotating hanging plate method, evaluation of sodium nitrite and the inhibition performance of composite pre-filming agent. The results show that : in NaNO2 30mg/L + NasP3O10 50mg/L compound, has a good synergy; room temperature, 24h after the prefilm, its A3 carbon steel and copper corrosion rates were 96.62% and 82. 96%. And by compounding Key , can reduce the amount of pre-filming agent, reduce application costs, expand scope of use.
