摘要
对实验教学环节进行量化管理和目标考核能使教师准确地评价和掌握每个学生的能力 ,防止实验教学过程“走过场”,促进学生分析问题和解决问题能力的提高 ,使实验教学过程和对学生的考核具有更好的可操作性。实践表明 ,采用这一管理措施和考核方法 ,学生收获大 ,教学效果好。
Te ability of every students can be estimated by teachers if the methods of quantification-orientated mangement and target-assessing may be adopted in the course of experiment teaching. The 'attempt and accomplish nothing' can be avoided after adopting the method. Student's ability of analyzing and solving problems are promoted. The adoption of the method makes the process of experiment teaching and the access of the student's ability more maneuverable. It has been proved by practice that teachers can get good effects in teaching and students can develop overall abilites.
