摘要
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、含磺酸基单体、阳离子单体和无机材料为原料,采用氧化-还原引发体系合成了一种耐温抗盐的两性离子聚合物钻井液处理剂SIOAP,并对其钻井液性能进行了评价。结果表明,钻井液处理剂SIOAP热稳定性好,降滤失能力、抑制性和耐温抗盐能力强。
A heat resistant and salt tolerant zwittorionic polymer additive SIOAP for drilling fluids was synthesized from acrylamide, acrylic acid, monomer with sulfonic acid group, inorganic material, and cationic monomer by redox initation. The performances of driling fluids of the SIOAP polymer was evaluated in laboratory. The experimental results showed that the SIOAP polymer had very good capacity of depressing filter loss, heat stability, inhibiting ability , heat resistance and salt tolerance.
