摘要
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、含磺酸基单体和无机物为原料,采用氧化-还原引发体系合成了一种耐温抗盐钻井液处理剂SIOP,并对其泥浆性能进行了评价。结果表明,钻井液处理剂SIOP热稳定性好,降滤失能力和耐温抗盐能力强。
A heat - resistant and salt - tolerant SIOP polymer additive, for drilling fluid was synthesized from acrylic acid, monomer with sulfonic acid group, and inorganic material by redox initation. The performances of SIOP polymer was evaluated in the laboratory. The experimental results showed that the SIOP polymer had very good capacity of depressing filter loss, heat stability, heat resistance and salt tolerance.
