摘要
世界经济形势的巨大变化使跨国经营企业对外派人员的需求日益增加,然而,他们在选派外派人员时遇到的问题使其越来越难以找到所需要的愿意接受外派工作的人员。为了获得合适的外派人员,跨国经营企业需要考虑外派人员的随行配偶的职业中断问题,还需要在培训、报酬和归国问题上提供支持。
Abstract: In response to the great changes in the world's economic situation, transnational enterprisesneed more overseas personel. But they have increasing difficulty hunting the volunteers they want. Fortheir purpose in this regard, transnational enterprises have to consider such problem as occupational suspen-sion of candidates' spouses and necessary assistance in training , reward, and return journey.
