摘要
新世纪国企创新发展模式具有非线性复杂巨系统动态变化的显著特征。将系统辩证法思想用于分析国企改革与发展这个系统化问题时 ,特别值得借鉴的新观点是 :自组织、分叉和非线性三种观点。适应国企创新发展需要 ,必须更新思想观念 ,实现组织结构和运行状态的根本性转变。
The innovation developing pattern of national enterprises in new century has the notable characteristic of the dynamic change of nonlinear complex macro sytem.When we analyze the systemic problems about the reformation and development of national enterprises with systemic dialectics thought,the three views are worthy of reference:self organization,furcation and nonlinearity.To adapt the development of national enterprises innovation,we must renew thought,realize the fundamental transformation of running state and organization structure.
