摘要
首先介绍了自组织理论及系统自组织的条件和本质,然后分析价值链的演化并用自组织观点来审视这个演化过程,发现价值链的演化趋势将是整条价值链的自组织.接着,从价值链的自组织角度分析了现代企业的一些管理思想并得出结论,这些管理思想从不同角度来追求实现企业的自组织.
The concept of selforganization is presented, and its preconditions and essence are listed. Then the process of evolvement of the value chain is analyzed from the view point of selforganization theory, and the conclusion is made that the evolvement of the value chain would lead to selforganization of the whole body.At last some modern management methods and thoughts are examined through the view point of selforganization of valuechain, the conclusion is drawn that these methods are trying to pursue the realization of the enterprise's selforganization from different angles.
