摘要
文章在回顾西方教育管理理论起源和理论建构的基础上 ,剖析其当代的发展多样化 ,以史为鉴 ,预测未来教育管理理论的发展趋向 。
Adopting the methods of history, inducement and literature, this paper reviews the origin and theory construction of educational administration in the history, analyzes the the diversity of its development at present, and predict the directions of educational administration theory development in the future. It also points out the challenge to educational administration theory set by information technology.
