摘要
发展符合我国教育发展现状、具有中国特色的教育管理理论一直是我国教育理论研究所追求的目标。文章试图通过对西方教育管理发展史的简要回顾,用以说明一直都贯穿于西方教育管理研究的发展之中的实证主义研究的重要性。然而,这一点往往被我国的教育管理学的研究者所忽视。遵循教育管理研究自身发展的一般规律,切实加强我国教育管理学界的实证研究,减少盲目的、空泛的理论研究是当务之急。
It is necessary and important for us that we should have our own theory of education administration. Through the retrospect of the development of the western countries＇ education administration, we can easily draw a conclusion that positive research is important to the development of western countries＇ education administration. So, it is necessary for us to develop our education management in the same way. Today we should focus on positive research in our country.
