摘要
逻辑起点是当代中国伦理学理论体系所由以出发的理论上的始基 ,是整个理论体系赖以成立的关键和前提。中国当代伦理学的逻辑起点应是“实践的人”。作为哲学、伦理学的范畴 ,“实践的人”是对具体的、经验的人的抽象把握 ,它首先是指“现实的人”,“现实的人”不仅在“现实性上”把本质表现为“一切社会关系总和”,受物质条件制约 ,从事实际活动的 ,有生命的个体的存在 ,而且是把个人性存在和社会性存在内在地具于一身即二重性存在的人。“实践的人”也是本质上具有道德需要 ,追求全面发展、自我完善之理想人格的人。对于中国当代伦理学来说 ,“实践的人”是预制伦理学之理论建构的基石 ,具有使伦理学从抽象到具体的方法论意义 。
The logical starting point is the theoretical foundation,from which the contemporary Chinese ethics starts,and is the key and premise,on which the whole theoretical system for establishment.The logical starting point of the comtemporary Chinese ethics should be the'practical person'.As the categories of philosophy and ethics,'practical person'refers to the abstracr grasp of actural and empirical person.It first refers to'realistic person'.He not only'in realistic nature' expresses the essence as'the sumtotal of all social relations',is restricted by material conditions,engages in actual action,exists as the living individual,but also internally integrates the individual existence and social existence into one body,i.e.the dual natural person.The 'practical person'in essence is the person who has moral need;seeks all round development,self perfecr and ideal moral quality.As far as contemporary Chinese ethics is concerned,the'practical person'is the theoretical foundation for prefabricating ethics with the significance which makes the ethics turn from abstract methodology to actual metholdology,still can normally make the ethics turn to the subject of the science of value and the science of person.\;
