摘要
发展是中心,是我们党执政兴国的第一要务,是改革的直接目的和保持稳定的根本基础;改革是发展的直接动力和促进稳定的基本途径;稳定是改革发展的基本前提和必然结果。发展是绝对的,是硬道理,必须以发展为中心,发展与改革稳定是辩证的统一,三者相互作用、相互制约,缺一不可。
Development is the center,and the prime task of our Party in thriving the country,and is the direct goal of reform and basic foundation of stability.Reform is the direct motive force of Development and the basic way to promoting stability.Stability is the basic prerequisite and natural outcome of development.Development is an absolute principle,so it must be the center.Reform and development are a dialectical unity.The three must function,restrict each other.
