摘要
目的:用HPLC-ELSD测定银杏叶软胶囊中银杏内酯A、B、C及白果内酯的含量。方法:色谱柱填料为十八烷基键合硅胶,流动相为四氢呋喃-甲醇-水(11 : 19:70);漂移管温度为109℃,载气流速为2.9L·min-1。结果:银杏内酯A、B、C及白果内酯分别在2.994μg^14.970μg、2.967μg-14.835μg、2.955μg^14.775μg、5.952μg^29.760μg线性关系良好;银杏内酯A、B、C及白果内酯的平均回收率分别为97.2%、97.5%、97.6%、98.3%。结论:该方法简便、准确、分离效果好;本方法可用于银杏叶软胶囊的质量评价。
Objective: To establish the quantitative method of Terpene Lactones in Ginkgo Soft Capsule by HPLC-ELSD. Method: The column used was a Diamonsil C18(4. 6mm×150mm)packed with a 5μm stationary phase. The mohile phase consisted of THF-MeOH-H2O(11 : 19 : 70). The temperature of drift tube was 109℃ and the nebulizer nitrogen flow rate was 2. 9L · min-1. Result: The liner range of the four components was 2. 994μg-14. 970μg, 2. 967μg-14. 835μg, 2. 955μg-14. 775μg,and 5. 952μg-29. 760μg respectively. The mean recoveries of the four components were 97. 2% (RSD = 2. 0% ), 97.5%(RSD=2.5%),97.6%(RSD = 2.1%) and 98. 3% (RSD = 1. 7%) respectively. Conclusion: It was proved that the method with HPLC-ELSD was reliable, simple, well separated and precise, which could be used as principles of quantitative analysis.
