摘要
本文主要讨论金属丝网二维分布尺寸激光在线检测仪系统,给出了较为详细的理论推导、测量公式及测量结果。该检测仪系统利用了“激光-傅里叶变换法”,应用CCD 光电元件和图象处理系统对被采样信号进行实时采集和处理,实现了金属丝网二维分布尺寸的在线检测。该系统具有测量速度快,检测精度高,劳动强度低和数据处理自动化等特点。
In this paper,the On-line Measuring System for the Two-dim-ensional Sizes of Wire Sieves by Laser is described.The measuring method,formulae and results are given in detail.The measuring system,using laserFourier transform technique,CCD sensor and a data acquisition system,canoffer the average sizes of wire sieves in the two-dimensional directions.Thissystem possesses the advantages of high precision and on-line fast measurem-ent with less work,as well as wide range of measurement.
