摘要
针对某大型挖掘机调试过程中出现的履带螺栓断裂故障,通过化学成分分析、硬度检测、金相组织观察、脱碳分析及断口形貌分析等手段,系统研究螺栓断裂原因。结果表明:断裂螺栓的化学成分、金相组织、硬度和齿部脱碳层均满足技术要求;螺栓断裂源起源于表面,向内侧扩展,断裂源区附近存在螺纹黏结和局部磕碰损伤。结合分析认为,断裂源处螺纹的局部磕碰损伤在装配拧紧过程中导致局部金属流动,形成黏结损伤,最终引发撕裂失效。基于分析结果,提出相应的预防措施,为提升履带螺栓的可靠性提供技术参考。
Aiming at the track bolt fracture failure occurring during the commissioning of a large excavator,this paper conducts a systematic study on the causes of bolt fracture by means of chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,metallographic structure observation,decarburization analysis and fracture morphology analysis.The results show that the chemical composition,metallographic structure,hardness and tooth decarburization layer of the fractured bolt all meet the technical requirements.The fracture source of the bolt originates from the surface and expands inward,and there are thread galling and local impact damage near the fracture source area.Comprehensive analysis indicates that the local impact damage of the thread at the fracture source leads to local metal flow during the assembly and tightening process,resulting in galling damage and ultimately causing tearing failure.Based on the analysis results,corresponding preventive measures are proposed,which provide a technical reference for improving the reliability of track bolts.
