摘要
目的 测定蛇床子中欧前胡素的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法 ,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂 ;甲醇 -水 (6 5∶ 3 5 )为流动相 ;检测波长为 3 0 2 nm;流速为 1 m L·min-1。结果 欧前胡素在 6 6 .2 5～ 6 6 2 .5 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,平均回收率 99.4% ,RSD 1 .5 6 %。结论 此方法简便、高效。
Objective To establish the quantitative method of imperatorin in Cnidium monnieri(L) Cuss. Methods RP-HPLC method was used for determination of imperatorin on C 18 column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(65∶35) and detection wavelength was at 302nm. Results It showed that there was a good linear relationship within the range of 66.25～662.5 μg. The average recovery was 99.4%. RSD was 1.56%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and can be used for the determination of imperatorin in Cnidium monnieri(L) Cuss.
