摘要
目的 :建立三黄泻心汤中盐酸小檗碱含量的高效液相色谱 (HLPC)的测定方法。方法 :色谱柱为NuclisoTμ(2 0 0mm× 4 .6mm ,流动相 :乙腈 0 .5mol·L-1四 丁基溴化胺 水 (7.5∶1.5∶91) ,流速 :2ml·min-1,检测波长 :346nm ,柱温 :4 0℃。结果 :在 0 .2～ 3.2 μg内峰面积与盐酸小檗碱含量呈直线关系 ,平均回收率为 98.5 9%。结论 :利用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱含量操作简单 。
OBJECTIVE To establish a simple and sensitive HPLC method for determining Berb erine Hydrochloride in Sanhuang decoction for purging stomach fire .METHODS Berberine hydrochloride was separated on ODS column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile 4 butylammoniumbromlde solution( 0.5 mol·L -1 ) water( 7.5 ∶ 1.5 ∶91)and detected at 346 nm with a flow rate of 2 ml·min -1 .RESULTS The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.2～3.2 μg ( r = 0.9999 ).The average recovery of Berberine Hydrochloride was more than 98%. CONCLUSIONS It is a simple and accurate meathod for the determination of Berberine in Sanhuang decoction for purging stomach fire .
