摘要
从人类思维、经济活动等方面的变革讨论了信息技术及电子商务的发展对社会经济活动的影响 ;然后通过论述新形势下的企业组织结构和经营模式的变化趋势 ,着重分析了信息技术及电子商务的发展对企业组织结构和经营模式的深刻影响 ;最后指出 :竞争是当今形势下企业永恒的主题 ,要在激烈的竞争中求得生存和发展 ,就要通过一些措施努力创造网络环境下的竞争优势。
In terms of the changes in the human thinking and economic activities, discusses the influence caused by the development of information technology and electronic commerce on society and economy, and analyses the intensive influence caused by the development of information technology and electronic commerce on the organization structure and operation mode of enterprises by elaborating the changing tendency of the organization structure and operation mode of enterprises under the new situation. This paper points out that competition is an eternal theme under the current situation, enterprises should create its own competition superiority under the Internet environment in order to survive and develop during the fierce competition.
