摘要
21世纪,信息化时代的到来强烈地冲击着人类社会的方方面面。作为社会有效组成部分的企业,同样面临着各种各样的挑战,尤其是企业的组织结构。传统的企业组织结构已经不能适应当今时代快速变化的经营环境,企业组织结构的变革成为大势所趋。中国企业应在观念与组织方面变革。一是教育部门应是企业的核心,把学习放在企业战略的中心位置;二是企业与员工同步发展,提高企业的综合能力;三是企业要增加人力资本,企业家也应是教育家。
In the 21th century, the coming of information era effect mankind society greatly. As the effective component of society, enterprises also face various challenges, especially enterprises' structure. Traditional enterprise's structure can not adopt modem rapid changing operation environment, therefore, reform is the general trend. Chinese company should reform in view and organization. First, education department should be the core of enterprise, take studying as the essence of company's strategy. Second, enterprises should grow in place with employee, which can improve its comprehensive power. Third, enterprises should increase human capital; entrepreneur should be expert of education.
